Scott Sweigart, a licensed attorney, is the President/CEO. of American Fidelity Title™. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Sweigart has methodically developed his knowledge of the industry through hands on experience, formal education and licensing. He is responsible for the overall corporate philosophy and the direction of the company. Additionally, Mr. Sweigart is a resource for our team as it relates to resolving complicated title issues. Because of his exceptional reputation; Mr. Scott Sweigart has established a leadership team that is second to none.

Amy Stark Snook, a registered title agent, is the VIce- President/COO, (Chief Operations Officer) of American Fidelity Title™. She is responsible for the overall operations of the company – ranging from sales to customer satisfaction. Mrs. Stark Snook has over 20 years of experience and is committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. By combining her leadership experience with a hands on approach, she ensures that partnering with American Fidelity Title is a positive and successful experience. Through her experience in Corporate America, where she lead sales and service teams across the county, she has honed her skills in building programs that provide the exceptional customer service that American Fidelity Title™ clients receive.

Laurie Webb,, a 28 year veteran in the title insurance business, is the Manager of Processing for American Fidelity Title.
